Refreshing hearts of romaine lettuce. Tossed within our own version of distinctive Caesar dressing. Golden baked croutons, anchovy filets (if desired). Topped with a generous shaving of Parmesan cheese.
A mixture of feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, Onion and Kalamata olives, tossed with a light homemade vinaigrette.
Onion soup enhanced with beer covered with bread and grated cheese.
Potato Soup with smoked bacon bits.
Homemade chicken liver pâté refined with Port wine. Served with a small green salad and balsamic mustard dressing.
Tarte Flambée – Alsatian specialty of bread dough rolled out very thin. Covered with sour cream and sprinkled with thinly diced onions and bacon. Seasoned with garlic.
Our homemade Spätzle are tossed in butter with onions, if desired we can add bacon bits and grated cheese.
One fried pork bratwurst (100 g). Served with traditional Sauerkraut and potato wedges.
Our famous Schnitzel! pounded and breaded pork loin (140 g). Pan fried and served with homemade gravy. Accompanied by Spätzle and red cabbage.
Chunks of pork loin (170 g) stewed slowly in a tomato based gravy. Enriched with cumin and bell peppers. Accompanied by Spätzle.
Pealed and carefully cleaned shrimp (150g) lightly sautéed and topped with a house blend of tomatoes, zucchini, onions, fine herbs, green olives, black olives and potato gnocchis for a nice luscious finish.
A meaty yet delicate white fish fillet of Dorado (150 g) poached in Riesling wine. Served on a bed of spinach and smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce. Accompanied by Jazmin rice.
Our chicken breast (180 g) is stuffed with spinach and Feta cheese then sautéed and served on a bed of fettuccine. Served with a blend of fresh tomatoes, onions, basil, zucchini and mushrooms, and a delicate red wine gravy.
Our beef sirloin (170g) is marinated in red wine, spices and vinegar then slowly roasted in the oven. Served with Spätzle, red cabbage and a marinade thickened with crusted gingerbread.
