A meaty yet delicate white fish fillet of Dorado (150 g) poached in Riesling wine. Served on a bed of spinach and smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce. Accompanied by Jazmin rice.
Our chicken breast (180 g) is stuffed with spinach and Feta cheese then sautéed and served on a bed of fettuccine. Served with a blend of fresh tomatoes, onions, basil, zucchini and mushrooms, and a delicate red wine gravy.
Our beef sirloin (170g) is marinated in red wine, spices and vinegar then slowly roasted in the oven. Served with Spätzle, red cabbage and a marinade thickened with crusted gingerbread.
